London Deco Book Launch with Thibaud Herem
Join us at the RIBA bookshop for an evening with French illustrator and author of “Draw Me a House” Thibaud Herem http://www.thibaudherem.com/work.html to celebrate the publication of his latest book “London Deco”, a collection beautifully handcrafted pen illustrations of London’s most iconic and loved buildings of the Art Deco period. The drawings took 1200 hrs, and a lot of diplomatic exchanges with security conscious building guards. The resulting artwork is presented to us in book form by East London based independent publisher NoBrow http://www.nobrow.net/ . Thibaud’s original drawings will be on display and for sale in the bookshop during the launch. So come and have a look, a chat and a drink with us on Tuesday 4th of February inside the bookshop from 6:00 pm.
